White oak coffee table with modified iron fasteners. Approx. dimensions 17″ tall, 52″ long, 26″ wide. Legs are two solid pieces with a cutout to interlock. Finished with Verathane White Wash wood stain and Verthane water-based satin polyurethane.

Solid walnut night stand with poplar drawer box. Approx. dimensions 29″ high, 28″ wide, 19″ deep. Includes drawer with Blum soft close drawer slides and extendable table with faux-leather surface. Finished with Watco Dark Walnut Danish oil. This was the first of a two nightstand set.

Grasscloth Parsons Table
Layered 3/4″ cabinet-grade birch plywood construction. Covering is indigo Schumacher grasscloth wallpaper adhered with cyanoacrylate glue. Approx. dimensions 52″ wide, 16″ deep, 33.5″ high. Finished with five coats of Watco Crystal Clear semi-gloss lacquer. This was inspired by a similar design at retailer Serena & Lily.

Red oak tabletop cabinet with drawer and adjustable shelf. Proud dovetail and tenon joinery on case, with half-blind dovetails on drawer box. Approx. dimensions 13″ wide, 6″ deep, 24″ tall. Walnut legs and spindles with inlaid grasscloth-covered plywood top. Approx. dimensions 19″ wide, 11″ deep, 22″ high. Finished with Watco Crystal Clear semi-gloss lacquer.

Poplar Nightstand
Poplar case and drawer boxes, with Blum soft close slides and hinges. Features “secret” drawer hidden behind patterned moulding. Secret drawer lined with black velvet. Approx. dimensions 28″ tall, 17″ wide, 15″ deep. Finished with Benjamin Moore Advance alkyd paint, interior finished with satin polyurethane.

Laundry Room
All cabinet doors and drawer front were hand milled, rail & stile construction from 3/4″ poplar stock. The cabinet assemblies and drawer boxes were 3/4″ or 1/2″ cabinet grade birch plywood, respectively. The shelf above the washer/dryer is 3/4″ solid walnut, with an MDF backerboard. Under Stairs Storage
Conversion of poorly utilized space under staircase to provide greater storage. Doors and drawer front rails, stiles, and panels made from 3/4″ milled poplar. Painted with Benjamin Moore Regal Select semi-gloss interior. Drawer boxes finished with Minwax semi-gloss polyurethane.
